Unopened, unused products in their original packaging. Damaged or defective items. Wrong items.

We cannot accept
Opened or used products such as lubes, lotions, toys and supplements. Final sale or clearance items.
How to return something
- Contact us. Write to info@dildoland.ca with your order number.
- Share a photo. If the item arrived damaged, send a clear photo.
- Get your answer. We tell you the next step.
- Get your refund. Once we approve the return, we refund your original payment method.
Why the hygiene rule? For your safety and the safety of other customers, we cannot resell opened intimate products.
